I bought this deodorant as I had used previous salt deodorants. I was disappointed with the Himalayan rock salt deodorant because it is very course and not as effective as my previous sea salt deodorant.
Not sure on how I feel about this product yet, been using it for a week but still sweating and smelling during the day, maybe its something my body needs to get used to after using aerosols for many years. Also takes ages to dry on my skin. Will keep trying through!
I have been using salt stick deoderant for many years. This is the best value so far and will last many months.
So this actually works, and doesn't require a transition like some natural deodorants. It doesn't say how to use or apply it, but reading about the salt stones elsewhere, apparently the stone or your skin need to be damp so a thin layer of salt goes on your skin.
It keeps me fresh all day, but not until the following morning. Easily resolved by applying again before bed. It does sting slightly after shaving, as salt would on broken skin.
I'd recommend, but probably a smaller stone would be easier to store and to apply (see the others available on here)
