How do we package our orders?

At My Little Eco Shop we try and use the least possible packaging we can. All our packaging is plastic free. We use Kraft sellotape, Kraft / recycled boxes, Kraft bulking agent & recycled Kraft thank you cards!

I want to add more items to my order?

Please email us at support@mylittleecoshop.com with your order number. We usually can't add to orders but if you give our team a message they will see what they can do to help. 

What do I do if I want to return an item I ordered?

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept returns on any used products or sanitary items. All returns can be sent to our depot:

Please make sure you include your order number with your return. 

Can I use more than one promotional code?

Our system will currently only allow 1 discount code per order.

My order is a gift

Please add a note to your order with a message you want us to include or 'NO INVOICE' if you don't want a copy of the order included in the package. If you have processed your order and not specified that your order is a gift, please email our team on support@mylittleecoshop.com with your order number and they will see what they can do to help!

I need to change my shipping address

Contact us immediately at support@mylittleecoshop.com with your order number. Please understand we can't take any responsibility to orders being sent to incorrect addresses.

Can I exchange an unwanted item?

As we are a small business we are unable to provide exchanges. Please return your order to us and we will issue you with a refund or store credit so you can re-purchase.

Do we have a brick & mortar store?

We currently do not have a physical store location in Exeter. We run through a fulfilment house. We hope to provide collections soon!
